Keville Accounting is owned and run by Declan Keville. I am based in Drumshanbo Co Leitrim. Since 1999 I have worked in accountancy practices and in 2010 I started my own practice. Since then Keville Accounting & Bookkeeping Services has grown steadily.
My current client base consists of PAYE Workers, Farmers, Construction Workers, Mechanics, Taxis, Musicians, B&B’s, Shops, Pubs, Preschool’s, Professional Service Companies, along with other Self Employed Businesses and Limited Companies, who are based across Cavan, Leitrim, Longford, Roscommon, Sligo & Kildare.
I offer a full range of bookkeeping and accountancy services to small & medium sized private and corporate clients. I give my clients both a very personal and professional service at highly competitive prices. I offer out of hours consultations and callouts to my clients by appointment.
The bookkeeping services I provide include – payroll services, full Debtor & Creditor, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, periodic management accounts, VAT returns, P30 & P35 returns, RCT payment processing and returns, VIES & Intrastat Returns, Central Statistic Office returns, office admin services were required.
The Accounting Services which I provide include but are not limited to – Year end Accounts for Sole Traders, Year end Accounts for Unaudited Limited Companies, Unaudited Limited Company returns for CRO, Management Accounts, Assistance with Mortgage, Loan & Grant Applications, Assistance and advice to start-ups, including tax registrations.
The Taxation Services which I provide include but are not limited to – Tax registrations & cancelations, VAT Returns, PAYE/PRSI Returns (both P30′s & P35′s), RCT Returns (relevant contracts tax), Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Income Tax Returns – for PAYE workers, self employed traders & company directors, Corporation Tax Returns, Corresponding & Negotiating with Tax Offices on clients behalf, Tax problems.

I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and accounts preparation and I have built up an excellent working relationship with the tax office dealing with all queries, concerns and tax issues of my clients.
